Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Give explanation to other work units concerning company policies related to Legal Department as well as monitoring against the effectiveness of its implementation
- Did the creation of internal legal policy in accordance with the request of the particular work unit or at the request of the company
- Did the creation of standard legal document companies that are needed by other work units
Requirements:
- At least Bachelor degree in law from leading universities
- Have experience in handling Corporate Legal for 2-3 years
- Have a knowledge of civil law
- Has experience in the management of the company's assets and INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- Can work under pressure
- Have ability of communication and good cooperation
