The main business is property and development of YKU, including construction of the superblock, which include, shopping centres, hotels, condominiums, a complex of Office and soho (small office home office). We are looking for dynamic candidates to join our team for the following positions:

Legal Staff

Responsibilities:

• Help deal with land acquisition processes
• Petrified handles the processes of transition property (PPJB, AJB, Tenancy, and others) to create, analyze and monitor agreements (Tenant Contract, a contract with a third party, and others)
• Help planning the business development company
• Create a monthly report

Requirements:

• At least Bachelor degree major in civil law
• Min 2 years experience in Legal
• Understanding the Civil Law, Agrarian Law, Corporate Law
• Able to establish rapport with the Government institution, the institution of the law related
• Mastering Microsoft word and excel
• Speak English minimum of passive
