Legal Intern
Responsibilities:
- Assist legal manager
- Administration and Filling Legal Document
- Administration and Filling Contractor Agreement (ICM) and the related support document
- Monitoring in and out letter
- Drafting and updating Summary all the Company Data i.e Article of Association, License, Agreement and the Correspondences
- Research and update Indonesia Regulation related company business field
Requirements:
- In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent from well-known university
- No work experience required
- Full-Time and Internship position(s) available
- Fluent in English in oral and written is must
- Able to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Keen observation skills
- Strong organizational skills
