Senior Associate
Responsibilities:
- Advising and representing clients in the process of civil law cases, state administrative law cases, bankruptcy cases, especially corruption cases in ordinary general court, court of commerce or state administrative court
- Drafting and editing correspondence and contracts
- Drafting and editing legal audits and legal opinions
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor of Law (S1) from reputable University with a good academic results.
- I’s a must to have minimum 10 years experience in providing legal aid & counseling to clients regarding to the process of Law in attorney General Office
- Have an advocate license (PERADI)
- Capable of working under pressure, self motivated and Team Player
