Corporate Legal Staff (Contract)



Responsibilities:

  • As one of the supporting unit, part of the law has an important role to the BCA. In this case, the legal unit is responsible for ensuring the company's compliance to all laws and regulations applicable to the company. The staff at the Legal Department is responsible for several things, among others: handle the litigation process, checking (review) the documents from the legal side, give an opinion/opinions from the legal side to the company's internal needs, and other tasks.

Requirements:

  • At least Bachelor degree graduates from the Department of Law
  • Minimum 3.00 GPA (scale 4.00)
  • Maximum age 27 years
  • Have an interest in the field of law in the banking world
  • The placement of the head office (Jakarta)
  • BCA never charge fees throughout the selection process.
