Legal Officer

Responsibilities:

• Check and ensure the maintenance of all legal documents (Akta pendirian, SK Menkeh Pengesahan, Surat Keterangan Domisili, Surat Izin Gangguan, SIUP, Merek/Cipta (HAKI) dan TDP, Impor permit, labour permit) to reduce the risk of violations of the law by the company
• Drafting & review agreement, and all legal documents required
• Responsible for all legal register

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
