Technip Indonesia (PTTI), which services the Indonesian Oil and Gas, Petrochemical and General Industrial sectors. PTTI covers offshore and onshore field development, gas processing and liquefaction, refining and onshore pipelines. As part of our business expansion in Indonesia, we are seeking highly qualified professionals to fill in position listed below:



Legal Counsel



Responsibilities:

  • Provides legal support, advise and expertice to the operating unit
  • Follows up bids and drafts qualification to ensure compliance with the Group contracting principles
  • Acts as business partner towards operations by Providing Legal advise and assistance
  • Advises on legal compliance to ensure companies interests are protected
  • May negotiate contract terms and manage contracts to ensure partners meet their obligations, acting on both contract and sub-contract activities

Requirements:

  • Degree in Law
  • Minimum 3 years experience in contract engineer negotiation : international or local contract depending on the center
  • Experience in Legal compliance
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry
  • Contract for 1 year
