On December 30, 2009, the Government of Indonesia established PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero), PT or PII, as a State-owned enterprises (SOEs) through the placement of State Capital of Rp 1 trillion suit PP No. 35 in 2009, as the base housed and paid up capital. We are <strong>Indonesia Infrastructure Guarantee Fund (IIGF) has estabished from the Government of Indonesia (GOI)), as a single window for appraising, structuring, and providing guarantees for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) infrastructure projects. Our primary activities are to advise private and public sectors and provide infrastructure guarantee to PPP infrastructure projects for the benefit of private investors and lenders, with aim to increase participation of private sector in the development of Indonesia infrastructure projects. To support our business growth we are now seeking a dynamic and self motivated professionals to join us.

Legal Counsel

Responsibilities:

• Do the drafting, review of the cooperation agreement, the agreement procurement of goods and/or services, memorandum of understanding, MoU/confidentiality agreement and other types of the agreement relating to the business operations of the company
• Create a resume and/or analysis of laws and regulations related to the business operations of the company
• Attend meetings with counterpart, stakeholders, vendors, associated with the company's business
• Participate supervision over the company's document management (document filing) particularly with regard to the law and the Division of LEC

Requirements:

• S1/S2 Law
• Have a good knowledge in Financing and International Loan Transaction
• Having work experience in the same field at least 5 years
• Have a good United Kingdom language proficiency
