Legal Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Make, check and/or make improvements to any agreements, contracts, correspondence, and others in a timely fashion, both PT Indonesia Transport & Infrastructure Tbk, its subsidiaries and the group.
- Create, inspect, and/or make improvements to any agreements, contracts, correspondence, etc. (English Language & Indonesian Language).
- Doing legal research and draft a legal opinion (legal advice)
- Prepare & perform the agencies reporting to the appropriate authorities (the financial services authority, Indonesia stock exchange, etc.).
Requirements:
- Minimal Education Law Degree.
- Experience of Minimum 2 years experience as legal, preferably on a PT Tbk.
- Language ability: Indonesian Language and the language of the United Kingdom
- Preferably have experience in Corporate Secretary at PT Tbk.
- Master the UUPT, the capital market, land, mining, and have experience doing LDD (preferred)
