HR Officer - Batam

Responsibilities:

• Manage of employee leave process and calculation of employee attendance / payroll
• Manage of Personnel administration and HR administration in term archiving
• Assist in the recruitment process
• Planning and sometimes delivering training, including induction for new staff
• Organize practical matters, general affair and administration

Requirements:

• Maximum 28 years old and Degree holder in any major, Preference from Phsychology , Law or Management
• Experience in the same field at least 1-2 years
• Having effective verbal, listening communication skills and presentation skills
• Smart worker, possess strong analytical skill, good attitude, responsible person, maintain standard of conduct and be consistent
• Proficient in MS. Office, Power Point and Ms. Office Outlook
• Good command in English both oral and written
