Responsibilities:

• Management coaching to support execution of development plans
• Focus on vacancy / job profiling based on organizational requirements, monitoring Outsourcing job provider within Nestle
• Focus on attracting and retaining potential employee and rewarding employee based on their contribution and added value to the company

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Human Resource Management, Law, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available Working hours Monday - Saturday in region)
• Willing to be placed everywhere in Indonesia
