HR Training & Legal

Responsibilities:

• Manage overall legal document
• Ensure all legal documents
• Analyzing training needs (TNA) for all key positions
• Develop annual in-house training
• Prepare, conduct, and evaluate employee in-house training and other staff's development program

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor degree in Law
• Preferably having min. 1 year(s) of experience in IT environment
• Good in English and Proficient in Ms Office
• Good looking and Good Communication
• Good knowledge in Training Need Analysis and Training Matrix
• Experience in deliver and facilitate training, both in-class or outdoor
• Fast Learned, Good Team Work, Ambitious, Detail Oriented.
