Legal/General Affairs

Responsibilities:

Build relationships with vendors or suppliers of goods and services facilities/infrastructure of offices as well as help in dealing with the complaint over the vendor/supplier including follow-up notes over its handling of payment/invoice or contract of work with the relevant parties.

Preparing monthly reports for the purposes of meeting the budget, financial statements, assets and expenses of the Office of

Requirements:

Male/Female, Undergraduate Education/Master Of Law

Age, Max. 35 years old

Minimum 3 years experience in their field

To be honest, thorough, disciplined, responsible, willing to work hard

Ability to work independently and also a team work

Strong-willed and has a good job motivation

Able to work cooperatively with others and communicate well

Can the company maintain confidentiality

Willing to work overtime if needed
