Junior Lawyer
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all legal issues for corporate and litigation
- Providing legal opinion, review and drafting Ensuring efficient corporate documents handling and legal processing Identifying new and emerging legal and regulatory issues that may affect to the company
- Preparing and evaluating legal implications for any corporate actions, current investment
Requirement:
- Maximum age of 30
- A Law Degree (S.H.) from reputable university with good academic result or a Master Degree of Law (LL. M or M.Kn) is preferable
- Excellent command in English is a must
- Capable of working under pressure, minimum supervision, self motivated, result oriented and a team player.
