infrastructure provider in Indonesia. Our principal business is leasing space
for antennas and other equipment to Indonesian mobile telecommunication
operators for wireless signal transmission at tower and microcell sites under
long-term lease agreements. We also provide mobile telecommunications operators
and other customers with access to capacity on our fiber optic backhaul network
and our indoor DAS networks in shopping malls and office buildings in major
urban areas. We grow our business through selective acquisitions and build-to-suit
construction of tower sites.
Legal & Contract
Management
Responsibilities:
- Review all contract and drafting contracts
- Support legal manager to ensure company’s legal compliance (to contracts and regulation) in every legal transaction
- Giving advice to user related to regulation, contract, etc.
- Support administration
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Legal Contract.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Having knowledge about contract management and corporate legal
- Detail oriented and eager to learn
