Responsibilities:
- Managing Subordinate in creating the Individual Performance Plan, Man Power Plan and Human Resource Development Plan
- Managing industrial relation
- Manage and analyze factory workers’s performance appraisal
- Maintain HR’s continuous improvement
- Ensure that all actions, mainly to do with employee welfare adhere to company policy
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
Requirements:
- Age between 22 - 27 years old
- Open for bachelor’s degree in psychology and law field
- Have knowledge of recruitment, compensation & benefits, organizational planning, employee and industrial relations, training and development, performance management, human resources information systems and general affairs.
- Have knowledge about major labour laws,
- Experienced in HR& GA area (minimum 1 year)
- Good communication and Analytical skill
- Team players
- Excellence persuasion and follow-up skills
- Hard worker, Honest, and Eager to learn new things
