- Max 32 years old in 2016
- Bachelor of Law
- Min GPA: 2.8 from reputable university
- Have 3 years experiences in Law Firm
- Experience as Legal in Manufacturing Company
- Can handling Legal matters in company
- Fluent in English oral and written
- Self confidence
