Lawyer

Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on the law and legal issues relating to their cases (including researching and analyzing documents to ensure the accuracy of advice)
• Negotiating with the counterparty and other professional to secure agreed objectives
• Checking all documentation prior to closing
• Attending court hearing (and doing the preparation beforehand)

Requirements:

• At least Bachelor of Laws with 2-10 years experiences
• Possesses a good command of verbal and written English
• No objection to travel outside Jakarta
• Holds PERADI license is preferable
• Good analytical and focus with the ability to work independently or with a team
• Conversant with the laws and regulations (corporate and/or litigation)
• Well-organized and meticulous with positive working attitude
