Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Bridging the subject of legalization the company, including legal drafting (the making of the deed of Covenant), legal opinion (made legal opinion) and legal review.
- Responsible for taking care of the extension of HGB-HGU assets land belonging to the company.
- Responsible for taking care of licensing: extension of the TDP, NPWP, making fire.
- Is responsible for the registration of patents, permitting BPOM.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Law or equivalent, with min GPA 3.00.
- At least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management for non-supervisors &) s specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Full-time position (s) available.
