HR – Legal Staff

Responsibilities:

• Competency in key areas of HR strategy, general affairs, law - specifically in manpower / labor regulations, recruitment, performance evaluation, salary calculations, compensations &  benefits, performance management, training & people development, and industrial relations.
• Knowledge of all procedures and SOPs to comply with local and national HR legal regulations.

Requirements:

• Age 26 - 40 years old
• Bachelor Degree or Diploma from a reputable University majoring in Administrative Law, Psychology and/or Law
• At least 5 years of working experience in HRD related fields.
• Competent in general affair operations.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication skills, hardworking, multitasking, willing to work under pressure, problem solving & self-motivated, leadership skills.
• Excellent in English both oral and written.
• Able to work in Bali
