Senior Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage legal documents that the company
- Ensure the completeness validity and legal documents
- Provide legal advice related to the activity of the company
Requirements:
- Minimum education Bachelor of law
- Minimum 3 years experienced in handling the legal aspects of the company
- Mastering aspects of civil law/notary public
- Have a good knowledge of the related aspects of the laws and regulations of the company, review contracts, permits legal, administrative and legal documents
- Have good ability in analyzing problems and provide practical solutions
