Legal & Credit Officer
Responsibilities:
- Support, manage and prepare all documents relating to the company, especially credit binding in notary and assets as Bank’s collateral , including agreement letter, legal contracts that made by third parties
- Make request letter, offering and price negotiation
- Handle for clerical duties such as correspondence and filing documents
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- Maximum age : 30 years old.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Understanding correspondence
- Deep understanding in business law.
- Good behaviour, discipline, polite, friendly, conscientious, hardworking, honest and able to work as a team
- Good communication in English.
- Have analytical, conceptual and negotiating skill
