Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- To assist Head of Legal in handling corporate legal matters in the company which includes preparing and/or reviewing Article of Association, General Meeting of Shareholders, Circular Resolutions, and other relevant corporate documents.
- Ensuring the marketing materials are in accordance with codes of practice and consumer rights legislation.
- To assist Head of Legal in handling corporate secretarial matters of the company.
- To conduct legal research and preparing legal advice.
Requirements:
- Energetic individual
- Hold a minimum Bachelor degree in Law from top universities in Indonesia
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in a law firm / private company. Experience in consumer protection law is preferable.
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Excellent computer and internet skill
- Possess good analytical with strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
