Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and reviewing any Draft Contract, Agreements and its relevant supporting documents in protecting Company’s interest
- Implement proper contract management procedures, including prudent sign-off for any legal document
- Maintain record of all Company’s Contracts and Agreements
- Maintain record of all Company’s litigation cases
Requirements:
- Bachelor/master degree in Law with min GPS 3.00/ 4.00 from reputable university
- 1-2 years experience, fresh graduate in master program are welcome to apply
- Strong theoretical legal knowledge
- Willing to learn on the fly
- English literate (Passive and active)
