Taylor Root Singapore

Indonesia is fuelling much of the growth in South East Asia and an increasing number of international firms are focusing their corporate work on the region. Energy, infrastructure and mining are the major sectors and lawyers with experience in these areas and/or a connection with Indonesia are much in demand. Many international firms deal with Indonesia from their Singapore offices as the regulations in Indonesia only allow five foreign lawyers to be based in a legal practice there at any one time. The firms with offices in Jakarta are always interested in excellent international lawyers who wish to be based there as they rotate expatriate lawyers through their Jakarta offices regularly. Our client, a leading international law firm, who are well established in Jakarta are seeking a mid-level legal associate with experience in dispute resolution.
