Requirements:
- Male/female, Age: 27-40 years
- Education min S1, majoring in Psychology/law
- Min 2 years experienced in the field of HRD
- Responsible, disciplined, Workmanlike & Honest
- Have knowledge in terms of recruitment
- To understand matters related to human resource management techniques
- Will understand employment law
- Capable of providing advice related to the field of management and human resources development corporation
Responsibilities:
- Examines the legal, technical and scientific expression is to find the correct translation
- Structure, translating, proofreading/correction mold experiment, and editing reports and other legal documents
- Draft and manage all contracts
- The Legal Division's support in negotiating deals
- Represent the company in legal proceedings
