Bank OCBC NISP (formerly known as Bank NISP) is the fourth oldest bank in Indonesia, which was established on April 4, 1941 in London under the name of NV Nederlandsch Indische Spaar En Deposit Bank. Bank OCBC NISP later developed into a solid and reliable bank, primarily serving the segment of small and medium enterprises (Smash). Bank OCBC NISP officially became a commercial bank in 1967, foreign exchange bank in 1990 and became a public company in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 1994. Commercial Legal Officer

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the client's documents and document the borrower's collateral.
• Providing legal opinions and study the necessary risk associated with granting the guarantee and the granting of credit facilities from the customer of the borrower's.
• Make a credit agreement and other documents the completeness required for credit approval.
• Implement the follow-up monitoring of completion document.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree of Law
• Experience at least 3 years as a Legal Officer at the bank
• Understand the law of resort, law firms, legal guarantees, law of the land, and inheritance laws and regulations related to the business activities of the bank credit agreement.
