Corporate Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all legal issues dor Corporate actions are covered and fulfilled. Providing Legal Opinion, review and drafting legal documents.
- Ensuring efficient corporate documents handling and legal processing.
- Identifying new and emerging legal and regulatory issues that may effect the company.
- Preparing and evaluating legal implications for any corporate actions, current investments and new business ventures.
Requirements:
- Maximum age 35 Years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree, Law or equivalent.
- At least 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Staff (non-management for non-supervisors &) s specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Good team player and also great as an individual.
- Good communication skills and have a wide range of networking.
- Willing to be placed in Bandung and willing to travel all around Indonesia.
- Full-time position (s) available.
