Responsibilities:

• Find out about the law of the land, the law of land ownership as well as ground-floor/Strata Title
• Find out about clearance certificates and documents permitting
• And able to handle direct clearance PPJB, AJB, contract, MEMORANDUM of UNDERSTANDING, and others
• Draft/draft letters or legal documents related to the duties and responsibilities.
• Make monthly report
• Carry out other tasks ordered by superiors

Requirements:

• Domicile in Jabodetabek
• Maximum age 30 years
• Preferably have a minimum education background of the D3/Bachelor of law
• Minimum 2 years in the field of Property/developers
• Have a good personality and communication
• Able to work in a team
• Able to work under pressure
