Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Create and review the letter of Agreement/Contract
- Handling big import process goods along with the required documents
- SKBDN issuance process, handling big payments, monitoring & pengarsipannya
- Handling big Bank guarantee issuance, filing monitoring & pengarsipannya
- Maintaining Certification GAPENSI, HATTI, ASTTI & HAKI
Requirements:
- Minimal education Bachelor of law (GPA of 3.00)
- Age Max. 30 yrs
- Master Licensing and litigation
- Familiar with the management of the legal documents (notary deed, Permitting Investment, Permitting the establishment of factories, business license, etc)
- Familiar with the management of the SCHEME/BPJS & payment of premiums
- It has a broad legal insights
- Capable of speaking in English
- Have experience in the same field min. 1 year
- Able to operate a computer (MS Word Excel &)
