Legal Advisor
Responsibilities:
- To conduct legal analysis and research on various legal matters of PT. IIE
- To be actively involved in preparing and drafting of different acts and legal submissions and draft the authoritative legal opinions as well
- He/she will be a counterpart for Legal Division Head from Corporate (SML and Kompas Group)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00, preferably having Master Degree
- Having advocate license PERADI
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in prestigious Law Firm, preferably have exposure with corporate/ international law
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience as an advisor in the field of law especially relating to Joint Venture, Agreement a Joint Operations, Financial Law and Commercial Law
- Preferably have experienced in the field of litigation
- Independent, resourceful, and have strong motivation to achive the target
- Full-Time position(s) available
