Responsibilities:
- Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
- Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates
- Administering payroll and maintaining employee records
Requirements:
- Maximum 35 years old
- At least a Bachelor degree from Psychology or Law
- Experienced in creating and developing HR system
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Having high integrity and good communication and interpersonal skill
