Legal | Paralegal (Legal
Officer)
Responsibilities:
- Simple corporate due diligence of legal entities
- Identification and filing of corporate legal documents
- Summarizing legal documents and licenses
- Simple advice and review of day to day contracts
- Research and summarize regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Law from reputable university in Indonesia.
- Fresh graduates or max 2 years experiences
- Good understanding of Indonesian laws, especially corporate law, investment law, contract principles
- Agile
- High work ethics
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Computer literate
