Legal Counsel

Responsibilities:

• Manage relations with Government officials, staffs and related agencies
• To develop and sustain relationships with Government institutions and departments
• To develop and maintain a positive working relationship and network of contacts with Government officials and staff
• To monitor Government decisions/debates/discussions which may have impact to the company
• To provide strategic counsel on interactions with Government officials, staffs and agencies

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor degree in law (min.)
• Experience: 5 years (min.) of relevant working experience as government relations
• relevant working experience in financial industry, insurance preferred
• Certificates/licenses: advocate license desirable
• Knowledge and skills: excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
• good negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
