Corporate Legal
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience as corporate lawyer is required for this position.
- Proven background on corporate law (contract law, tax law, accounting, securities law, intellectual property rights, licensing, zoning laws)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Analytical ability and strong attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadline
