MULTIVISION PLUS has been producing high rating TV programs in Indonesia since 1990. As the subsidiary of Parkit Film Group, Multivision Plus has extensively contributed to Indonesia’s film industry. It also has another new business in the acquisition & distribution of Hollywood, Bollywood, Asian, and other foreign films. That's why film and television programs, production of the MVP has enjoyed in countries like India, Australia, Europe, and North America. It was not in large numbers, but the process towards a ' big ' this was the hope of the MVP. Currently Multivision Plus is looking for extremely motivated and creative individuals to take roles on team:

HRD & GA Generalist

HR Function

• Handle all recruitment activities, placement, and termination. Prepare the Turn-Over Report for every month.
• Responsible for People Management activities, including update/review the Job Description, Work Agreement, KPI, and SOP. In appointed regular time, do the PA for all employees involved in the business.
• Manage overall HR administration

General Affair Function

• Monitoring maintenance schedules and reviews the use of vehicles, office equipment and supplies. 
• Responsible to all supporting activities, including providing the employees needs, maintenance, and operations support.

Requirements:

• Having minimum 5 years of experiences in handling overall HR & GA functions.
• Understand and comprehend of Indonesian Labor Law and Governance rules and regulations.
• Experienced with People Development activity plan, Job Description review, KPI Setting and SOP drafting.
• Able to provide Monthly Report using MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS Visio.
