HR Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Handling Job Evaluation and Training
  • Responsibility Benefit & Compensation, such as: Payroll, Overtime, Health Insurance, BPJS.
  • Handling Performance Appraisal and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Handling Industrial Relation Affair (Disnaker DKI Jakarta, Dirjen Imigrasi, etc) and Community Affairs
  • Process Recruitment new employee: permanent, contract and outsourcing.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law or Psychology
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experiences in HRD & Legal or HRD Generalist
  • Have knowledge about Labor Law and other HR related regulation in Indonesia
  • Computer and English (Speaking and Written) literates
  • Ability to multi-task with good interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work in Dadap, Tangerang (Factory)
