Acid, Acrylic Ester Super Absorbent Polymer &. Nippon Shokubai Indonesia,
PT is a subsidiary of Nippon Shokubai co. Ltd. of Japan which has subsidiaries
in several countries (Nippon Shokubai Group). PT Nippon Shokubai Indonesia, is
the first foreign petrochemical company in South East Asia to produce Acrylic
Acid, Acrylic Esters & Super Absorbent Polymer. Now we are looking for
Potential Candidates for:
Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Assist upper management in providing legal advise on handling litigation, and other legal matters involving the company, and modifying policies and procedures to conform to legal requirements
- Drafts, reviews, or revises various company documents such as sales/purchase, contract, with third party, manage legal document
- Keep fully informed of all new developments in corporate legal matters, and keeps of management level informed of all new developments in corporate legal matters, and keep all levels of applicable new laws
- Assist HR in handling labor union matters
- Any other task as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Age maximum 23 years old
- Fresh graduate Education University Business Law Graduate from reputable University with GPA Minimum 2.75 (scale 4)
- Good in communication skills
- Hard worker, honest and discipline
- English both Written and Oral
- Willing to be interviewed and work in Cilegon – Banten
