Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing various of business contracts in English
- Provide any supporting legal documents, such as: power of attorney, statement letter, treaty of integrity and memorandum of understanding
- Responsible for the Intellectual Properties Rights registration, trademark, patent and copyright
- Prepare and giving legal opinion and legal advice to the management in order to convince the projects are properly in law.
Requirements:
- Maximum age 30
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): legal contract, Legal Corporate.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
