Legal Counsel
Responsibilities:
- Manage legal and regulatory requirements for investment projects in Indonesia
- Oversee corporate governance for venture capital companies
- Work closely with Venture Capital team on investment transactions.
- Ensure Inspire and it’s invested companies comply with statutory requirements
- Liaise with Business Leads to ensure all legal risks are identified and appropriate actions are taken
- Liaise with various government authorities regarding regulatory and licensing issues
- Participate in ad-hoc projects within Inspire
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in law
- Minimum 4 years of experience in law firm
- Experienced in investment transactions and deals negotiations
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude
- Strong interest in startup culture and venture capital environment
- Great communication skills
- Fluent in Bahasa and English
