Associate (Commercial & Corporate)

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing agreements
• Identifying and mitigation legal risk
• Providing legal opinions

Requirements:

• Law degree (Sarjana Hukum) with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Proficient in English; writing, speaking and listening
• Having professional experience in the relevant field at 2 years (Previous experiences in law firms are preferred)
• Having experience in the various fields of business and investment (all the major corporate issues surrounding Indonesian business activities in a multiplicity of fields)
• A personable manner and the ability to work in a team
