Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI) is a commercial bank in Indonesia operating on the principles of Islamic banking. The bank was founded in 1991, based on the initiative of the Indonesian Council of Ulamas (MUI) and under the auspices of the Government of Indonesia. Operations began in 1992. foreign exchange service began in 1994. Funding products apply the principles of Wadiah (deposit) and Mudharabah (profit-sharing). Financing products apply the principles of Bai’ (Buy and Sell), Musyarakah (Equity Sharing), Mudharabah (Profit-Sharing), and Ijarah (Rent). Legal Branch Advisory Officer

Responsibilities:

• Providing legal opinions to let & financing conducted by the party branch
• Give referrals against the obstacles faced by the branch of the legal side
• Review of legal drafting is done branch
• Monitoring of activities of Legal Support Branch

Requirements:

• Bachelor of law from a leading University with GPA Min. 2.75
• Male/Female with a maximum age 35 years
• Has experience in Legal Banking branch/centre of min 3 years
• Experienced in the legal branch and monitoring legal drafting
• Willing to make the journey service when needed
