Legal Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Coordination with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken.
- Review all contracts or any other legal documentation.
- Meet with clients and other professionals to discuss details of case.
- Gather and analyze research data, such as statutes, decisions, and legal articles, codes, and documents.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Law or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills necessary for interaction with the Government and negotiating parties;
- Good planning and organization skills; and
- Proven ability to delicately solve sensitive matters.
