Legal & Compliance
Officer
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and maintenance of corporate documents and compliance for a group of companies, specifically in trading, manufacturing & agricultural
- Update and consolidate all aspects of regulation in business
Requirement:
- At least Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law from a reputable Institution
- Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken
- Able to work independently, strong leadership profile, good interpersonal & communication skills
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
