Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for documents and permitting mining company
- Responsible for the drafting of contracts, legal issues & corporate mining regulations
- Coordination with agencies that deal with management of permits and documents of the company
Requirements:
- Minimal education Bachelor of law
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Legal Officer at the mining company
- Have comprehensive knowledge in the preparation of contracts, corporate issues, mining laws and regulations
- Understand and master documents and permitting mining company
- Fluent in language of English whether oral or writing would be the added value
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
- Able to work under pressure and on time
- Can work individually as well as team work
