Industrial Relation Senior

Requirements:
  • Male, age maximum of 27 years
  • Minimum 3.00 GPA (scale 4.00)
  • At least Bachelor degree of law from the leading educational institutions in Indonesia and abroad
  • Have a minimum of 2 years work experience in the field of industrial relations
  • Mastering employment regulations (UU No. 13/2003)
  • Have knowledge and experience in the making and implementation of the regulation of the company, associated with DISNAKER and unions
  • Understand the human resource management, master form of Agreement, company regulations, the PKB, and the procedures for licensing foreign labor
  • Active in the English, the use of language and interpreting
  • Mastering the use of computers (at least the internet and Ms Office.)
