Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Understand the laws on labour
- Experienced in making decision letter (SK), PKWT employees and company regulations (PP).
- Do coaching against employees who indisipliner
- Handling employee contracts outsourching
- HUMAN RESOURCE development report making in each branch
- Control employee data periodically archive
- Evaluation the assessment of employees in the conduct of each once a year
Requirements:
- Maximum age of 28 years
- Minimal education Bachelor of law
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience working In the same
- To be honest, thorough, disciplined, assertive and responsible
- Have a very good analistis thought
- Able to use Ms Office
