Corporate Legal & GA Officer

Responsibilities:

• Handle and maintain all legal document
• Analyze and review all company business contract
• Coordinate all company legal cases
• Maintain a good relationship with stakeholder, goverment, and company business partner
• Always keep update with all business law regulation
• Give a law recommendation and advisor to management
• Manage and control all GA activity

Requirements:

• Age 26 - 32 years old
• Candidate must posess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law (preferable International Business Law)
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience as Corporate Legal or Business Legal is required for this position.
• Able to speak and write English fluently
• Have a good communication and negotiation skill
• High initiative, honest, tough and trustworthy
• Preferably Supervisor specializing in Corporate Legal or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
