Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with external lawyers
- Reviewing contracts management between company and client
- Setting up policy and procedure for legal documents, including plans & executions
- To consolidate with government bodies and authorities regarding non-litigation matters
Requirements:
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Bachelor degree in law
- With experience minimum 3 years
- Having experiences in settling bad debt disputes or contract breaches are preferable
