Legal Corporate

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Maintaining and handling Corporate Legal in General Insurance, such as Company Deeds, Good Corporate Governance within Company, KYC, OJK Regulations
• Responsible to give legal opinion for Agreement between Company and 3rd Parties

Requirements:

• Having Bachelor Degree in Law
• Having minimum 3 years working experience in similar position
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• Responsible, honest, hardworking and reliable
• Having good knowledge in corporate legal especially in General Insurance Industry (Good Corporate Governance, OJK Regulations, KYC)
• Having experience in handling projects and reviewing corporate agreements
• Full-Time position(s) available.
